Tazers - Non-Lethal?
The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation says up to 18 people have died after being stunned by a Taser in Canada since 2003.
* Don't believe the Government when it says they are non-lethal.
* And it's only the start of guns being introduced to most police.
* If you were a criminal, and knew the police had tazers, would you think twice about not arming yourself?
