Any organisation or government that thinks they are getting a bargain by buying Windows for $3 must already be on drugs. Once they are tied into the Microsoft platform, they will be stuck with it, and it will cost them far more than $3 per platform to either continue to use it or wean themselves off it.

[It goes without saying that there are far better operating systems available for about $3 less than this supposed "bargain" Windows].
