Government Secrecy...
..Is a joke. Mere days after Joh Reid unveiled plans to tighten secrecy laws, a file on UK anti-terror operations was stolen from a major's locked car at a Surrey supermarket on 22 May.
But don't worry, "no security protocol had been broken".
Even a 5 year-old could come up with a security protocol that said "do not leave secret documents in unsafe places".
